Terms of the acquisition by AssuredPartners, a portfolio company of Chicago private equity firm GTCR, were not disclosed. The deal includes Dawson Insurance Inc., Dawson of Florida, Dawson Consulting Group LLC., Group Benefits Agency Inc. and Dawson Mid-Atlantic LLC.
