Forest City Enterprises Inc. inks lease for Horseshoe Casino Cleveland - Cleveland Business News - Northeast Ohio and Cleveland - Crain's Cleveland Business

The five-year lease, which includes extension options, is for approximately 303,000 square feet of space on the lower level and first, second and third floors of the building. On Feb. 1, Forest City announced the closing of the sale of about 16 acres of land to Rock Ohio Caesars for Phase II of the project. The land for Phase II is adjacent to Tower City Center, which includes the Higbee Building.
